You realize that the internals are the same as any other VR6 ECU from around the same time, and those can be had for 50-60 EUR on eBay right?

i just go with the market prices... and like you know there is st10 and c167... most guys with G4 R32 search the "CN" one and if i look private marktplaces etc the CN ones will be traded for much higher prices. BR

This is a standard C167 ECU, you can use for example any 2.8 VR6 ECU of which there are all places full. Good luck with sale, I just leave here this mark.

He CLEARLY was joking You can cross flash 2.8 24v-3.2 24v ecus with the c167 proc. this includes touareg, golf, jetta, r32, cayenne, and anything else thats the same generation ecu and engine.

Yes actually you can go sell it somewhere else, because here people are not clueless to pay 450 for something that can be had for 50-100 elsewhere. Who cares what software was in it initially. You can make exactly the same ECU using the files on this forum and a 5$ KKL cable.

so whats true here? Is the hardware on the pcb the limiting factor or the micro content which is otp?
