I've got one but never really used it, its just a really simple serial comms port and came with its own software iirc, can't remember if it's ftdi or not but will dig it out

Flex works not sure you wanted to hear that. flashes in like 12 seconds

seems like only russian available

but its pretty easy to use
go to the настройки (options; hammer icon.. idk if you see russian words or not on your laptop)
select com-port, run test Kline button then ok
now go to me7 page and click установить связь top button at the right side menu with ecu prepared to bootmode (ground wire etc)
progress bar should run few secs and then itll be ready to read flash (считать flash; second button) or to write flash ( загрузить flash 4th button)
if everything is fine you should see the progress with the current operation offset
app uses buffer to store current flash (буфер; buffer page at the bottom)
so after flash was succesfully readed just click save button to save buffer to file
same for writing. open flash file with open button; it loads to buffer and then click write flash (2nd button)

eeprom functions doesnt work for me here
