Audi TT 99' | 180+HP FWD

« on: September 19, 2021, 03:52:35 AM »

Hello,
this is my first post sorry if I post it in the wrong threat or something.

I got a Audi TT mk1 with Bosch ME 7.5 8N0906018AB, and I got a XDF from a fellow member on the forum, but its missing some parts, and I was hoping someone could help me adding them to the file..?

Im looking for:
KFNWEGM
KFTVSA

My goal is for some nice burbles when decell, and occasionally a pop on high refs.

I will attach my BIN, but I am curious, do you have a XDF with KFTVSA included? Or do you use winOLS?
Im very curious by nature, so I always wanna check what has been done so I can learn from it.

Also try not to go too crazy, it still has the stock CAT in it, only has a muffler delete ATM. In the upcomming years I want to go full 3" with 200 cell CAT and a muffler.

Thank you so much for the time and effort! What kind of bugs are you talking about exactly? Could it mess anything up if I make changes and upload the map?

It is very easy to find

I like using a well defined map preferably one that's very similar to your car, all we need to do to find these maps is look at the address of the one that is defined, then we look for this map in raw hex. It's probably not the best, fastest or most efficient but usually works for such an easy map.

Just making sure I got this right. This is the table I get from KFTVSA, the values look fine, but I wanna confirm they are with you guys.

The values are milliseconds  right? So the value 0.2000 is 2 seconds?

If that's stock that can't possibly be the right address

I think it might be 0x199EF but i can't be sure if a value of 0.61 is correct. I've never worked on these TT's, but i do know KFTVSA values can differ between different binaries.

0.2 would mean 0.2 seconds - max value would be 2.55 seconds.

When I bought the car, the prev owner did mention it might have been tuned by some owner in the past, but he never had evidence. I did notice it makes about 200HP on the crank acording to VCDS logs, but I dont see why they would change KFTVSA for a stage 1 tune, since there where never pops/burbles added.

Compare your file to stock and you'll find out  Smiley

Also, while you're on here, might aswell start from a stock file and DIY. Read the stage 1 community thread and s4wiki.

Seems like they are both the same. I changed the value to 2.5500 at 2000 - 6600 RPM (on the bottom row, 80.25 C) but its not doing anything on decel. I still have to do it manualy with my foot by pressing it slightly..

I even tried the map you suggested where all the values where around 0.61, but with same result.
