I have two ecu's that will connect to nefmoto but wont read due to ecu security. immo is off on both. This is the message I received. Ive tried switching the baud, the speed connection, and double checked the drivers for cables but nothing worked. I found a thread talking about connecting pin 121 would this apply to me?

The ecu's im attempting to read are 06A906032DL & 8N0906018AN. Both being connected with a bench harness via KKL cable.

Reading ECU flash memory.
ECU reports programming session preconditions have been met.
Negotiating communication timings.
Successfully changed to new communication timings.
Requesting security access.
ECU reports that security access request was rejected.
Starting diagnostic session.
Disconnecting because no response was received for the Tester Present message.
Disconnected
Reading ECU flash memory failed.
100% complete

Just wanted to thank you for following up, this saved me a lot of aggravation.  My ecu is an 06A906032HS / 0261207446.   I also added pin 44 for the immobilizer to my bench harness.

This is what I get for being hasty and flashing a file with a bad checksum.
