Med 9.1 RFD Tune
« on: September 27, 2021, 06:08:26 PM »
hi guys, I recently did a runnerflap delete on my MK5 Jetta GLI (The linkage broke so why not). i have pretty rough old starts for about 20-60 seconds then it settles down. Does anyone have any experience with runner flap delete tunes?

Turning off cat heating on MED9 really helps with the lumpy cold starts with flaps deleted.
Setting TKHMX to 0 should do the trick
