Valvetronic is worn, idle is bad. Valvetronic disable from ecu? I'm currently changing valve seals, timing Chain and Vanos and thinking what to do to valvetronic.

What is wrong with your valvetronic? Electric motor? Or acentric shaft or someting else?
I think better solution is reapir this faulty.

Rollers are worn. Are all n46 engines valvetronic parts interchangeable?

Yes N46 and N42 valvetronic parts are interchangeable
