someone sent me some files that were pulled using an alientech cable (not sure which one) but the files dont seem right and when compared too some of the TFSI files dont look anything remotely  similar, anyone know whats up with the file?

do you know if there is a way for the guy too save it as a normal unencrypted bin using the alientech software?

As said this is an encrypted slave file. You need master to un-encrypt it.
