I'm very curios to know about some diagnostic tools.
before, we have already discussed about some tools such as alientech and etc...About how they accessed different data.
Now, I wanna to know about diagnostic tools companies whereas the multi brand diagnostic tools has a huge data. for example the Launch company has all of automotive companies data in own diag!
how they can access to some cars for example in kenya? and how they can release this data without test? how they can test it especially in some sections such as special functions? it's weird.

also I actually wanna to know how i can diagnostic a new car when my tools still unable to do so.
p.s: as you know, the LM317 tools are not suitable for this.
