witch Software can read and write the whole EEprom over OBD.

why do you need epprom - it has no Immo in it

I need change the max Speed and distance curve.

Did you try VAG Epprom Programeer or K+can Commander 1.4?

I think the only way is to read eprom from it using a programmer
