1.8T Launch Control doesn't work

Hi!
Today i make launch control for my Audi A4 B5 2000 ME7.5 1.8T 4B0906018R and i have small problem, engine speed goes to 4500 rpm
as I wanted, but when I drive rpm also stay in 4500 rpms, what did I do wrong?
I think the problem is in bad searching for an address VNMX.
What do you think about it?
Thanks.
ps. Could the problem be a disconnected ABS controller? It's broken - plug disconnected.
