I get the VAG DTCs via SID19, then how to decode the fault?

The DTCs are:

001243
0063D3

FR, diagnostic ODX / PDX from a file dump, or diagnostic database from a commercial tool or ODIS. Easiest to just use a tool that already has a database to be honest.

Where can I get the ODX file?

The vehicle model is Skoda octavia 2017, the DTCs are read by CAN tool via SID19 directly.
