As the title states,

Any mods to LAMFA doesn't affect the target, KFLBTS not followed unless low loads areas modded. which means that LAMBTS must be always active in high loads

LAMBTS, TABGBTS not defined in my kp

Not sure what else do I need to do.

First step would probably be to get proper logging instead of VCDS if you want to troubleshoot anything.

There is a coolant temperature treshold for LAMFA, in some files LAMFA is deactivated via high value. In other files it's set to 40°. I didnt check your file.
