Engine load < engine load requested

Hi.
Can anyone give me a point what can cause low engine load?
And turbo didnt hit boost fast. its k03s turbo so normally boost is on low rpms fast.

oops sorry, didn't see it was 9.5E1
yes, you have a huge boost leak or your wastegates are stuck open.
pressure test, check DVs, check n75, try disconnecting wg lines

I make tune from ori file and wierd is that before on (locked) tune car have 1.1bar boost peak but i think someone off some things and make hard settings to reach that target.

Progressive leak with magician connect n75 valve.
