Hey Marty Thank you for the file. It does work, only issue are the rad fans run on high about 15 seconds after starting the engine.
Any idea of what causes this? I tried a couple other ecu's and they all seem to do it after immo off.

Probably has a bad front lower coolant temp sensor. When they fail the fan defaults full speed and I've never had that issue before immo offing a ecu. Besides having a bad coolant temp sensor, if the ecu is from the wrong generation it can cause the fans to run too.
