2003 VW Touareg V8 Ecu reading problem

Hi I have the 2003 VW Touareg Petrol 4.2 v8 engine code AQX
My problem is I can read and clear codes but I carnt download the ecu info
My ecu number is 0261208007
I've tried the memory lay outs and nothing works
Any help would be greatly appreciated
