Hi Guys

I need some advice, I have purchased an online ECU and TCU file for my MKV GTI according to my mod list and took my car up to the track this past weekend.

As nice as the car sounds and feels when it gets going, I ran a horrible 16 sec 1/4 mile drag time. I battled to launch off the line in sport mode with traction control off. It feels like a slight delay and when it engages to move it moves very slow (not much wheel spin).

I wanted advice on what more to request for in my file changes in order to assist me with the above issue. I was at least hoping to be around 12 secs on the track but this is a good learning curb for me.

A stock motor (internals), do you need a log from my car or a copy of the purchased files to examine what more needs to be done to rectify the issue or assist in directing me on what to do.

I've watched RS3's on the track almost limiting their DSG's and then rocketing immediately when the light turns green. What is wrong with my setup?

Please let me know if you need more info.

GT30 turbo external waste gate .8 bar spring
Manual boost control
S3 injectors
RS4 return valve
Bigger intercooler
Water meth kit

PS - I am not asking for free ECU/TCU file changes! I want to know what changes to request or to make by paying a tuner or my mechanic - thank you.

"Purchased according to mod list".

Lol, trash. Got scammed.

Start again, this time by finding a real local tuner and paying what they are asking.
