You upgraded to a K04 and is surprised that it boosts more than it is tuned for now?
You need to redo IRL/IOP aswell as IMX. Your ECU sees massive overboost so it tries to get it under control again.

Did you even bother to look at the log you made before posting it here  Tongue

Also you'r boosting past your MAP sensor which is never a good idea

Hello

Thank you for your response
I dont tune myself and i have no idea what im looking at or log exactly
So you say that i need a 4 bar map sensor and a new tune?
If thats the problem i can stop trying to replace sensor
Also the turbo is fluttering very loud while this wasnt the case with k03s

Kind regards

no, he's saying don't boost past your MAP sensor, not get a new MAP sensor.

also put your gd n249 back.

upgrade DV

So uh, why the n249 delete?

yes, you need a new tune or you are literally going to break something.

No idea why you thought it would be a good idea to start swapping hardware with absolutely no idea the stock ecu wouldn't work correctly.

Hello Nyet,

The turbo seller told me its a 1 on 1 swap and a tune is not really needed
thats why i bought the turbo.
clearly im not an expert on tuning
sorry for that
i have the N249 plugged in without any lines connected to it
i deleted the N249 because my car was really not boosting anymore above 200 km/h
with this delete the car ran way better then it ever had before
my friend also swapped his k03s for k04 without any problems
so i thought it was possible.
i wont drive the car now till i get it tuned.
thank you for your information
really appreciated

kind regards.

Yes get a new tune, preferably do a 5120 hack so you can get a 4 bar MAP.

Its a 1:1 swap (usually) if you have a stock tune.

Problem solved,

The intake tip was collapsing therefore cutting boost and going limp mode
still need a tune tough

kind regards.

Thanks for following up. It is very helpful to others.

Also, yes, this is a common problem; apologies for not suggesting it.
