DTC removal ECM relay MED 9.1

Hello everyone.
I have a problem finding the error code 001672 ECM (J271) P0688 - 004 - open circuit.
I would like to disable the ECM diagnostics completely as I have an anti-theft system installed on this relay circuit. Someone tried to help me before because there were two DTCs, at this point there was only one left.
Can anyone help ? Thank you
