Documentation for the FIAT-9141 implementation of the KWP-1281 communication protocol.

I also included an additional document on some helpful KWP-1281 info.

The KWP-1281 protocol is how you read measuring blocks, set coding, etc.

Thanks i am trying to connect with KW71 protocol, and can't find much info i know tha the KW1281 is similar this will help.
