hi,

me7.5 1.8t mafless, huge turbo, new exhaust manifold, new exhaust, new ecu, new harness, new block
All of these parts were changed over the course of time but not only to solve this knock sensor problem.
but 16712 (G61) Knock Sensor 1
P0328 35-10 Signal too high --Intermittent

Keeps returning randomly. Nothing is hitting the chassis but knock sensor delivers weird voltages compared to the other sensor.

May this be related to mechanical valvetrain and caps needs to be adjusted maybe?

Its always cyl2 with higher knock sensor voltage.

New head solved the problem. one of the valve guides was damaged and the valve couldnt lift without friction
