Whomever said that they can make a "FLEX FUEL" file without an alcohol sensor is full of shit. Furthermore, those 0280156065 injectors are hardly big enough for the stock turbo on pump fuel lol. Full e85 takes about 40% more fuel volume to make lambda of 1. I have custom code for alcohol sensor without any additional hardware and its not cheap but I will make it available for purchase. I can patch just about any vag me7 ecus and have a few done for me7.5 /me7.1.1.

Just to make a point, some brazilian flex cars are E25 to E100  and don´t have sensor, they are only based on lambda probe readings... but for sure it´s another thing discussed here.

Saab 9-5 biopower (oem solution) don't have ethanol sensor either, they just rely on lambda-sensor and adaptation triggered by refueling, to change behaviour between any percentage between regular fuel and re85. Cold start stuff etc are added along the percentage what ecu thinks that ethanol content has increased.

Next someone says that it is not flex-fuel because there is no ethanol sensor. Well, probably not then, but what does it matter if it works.

There is virtual ethanol sensing capability in MED17 and S18 as well.
The point is not that it's not flexfuel.

It takes a lot of work to create a virtual Ethanol system and even in OEM case it does not work always 100% well.
We are talking aftermarket here on an existing ECU. Your only choice is an Ethanol sensor, there is no other way you are going to get a good result.

Thanks for your help, that's clearer.
flexfuel 1.8t too difficult to set up for a noob. Chinese box and other eflex box I forgot because 500euros just to increase the injection time...
I still have the "100%" option e85 and try to settle with 0280158117. already it will not be easy for a noob.

write a full flash of saab bio 1.8t it is not possible?
