Hello Guys ! I learned a lot about the me7 on this beautiful and full of knowledge forum , i tried so much to not a start a new topic but i think it is time to .

Soo , for background , i have a mk4 golf 1.4 AXP on which i`m fitting a Eaton M62 supercharger out of a SLK .
I already successfully fitted a 3 bar map sensor , 390cc ev1 injectors and car is running NA at the moment just fine so i guess i got pretty close with the calibrations . It is fitted from factory with a wideband lambda and it lacks maf .
From what i understood from the FR ,  given my setup , load will be calculated from the pressure read by MAP . So , given the fact that lets say for a start i dont plan to make the ecu control the boost , just to be able to calculate the load correctly for fueling purpose , will just scaling up the load tables do the trick ? I strongly didnt think so .....

I`ve read about a SY_turbo parameter .. is this someting that i can modify as i dont find it in my damos ?
Also read about a PSMXN parameter that limits the manifold pressure calculation .... i think this would be my biggest obstacle cause i cant find such either ...

Also thought of tricking the ecu working with values over 1100 hpa but still 0-100% load range .

Thank you very much in advance as ! hope some of you can shed some light on this  !

Below is my file , the damos is too large to attach here , so you find it https://www.mediafire.com/file/lxvmdiedny9dp6s/ME7.5.10_VW_1.4+R4+4V_036997032_036997032_7740_0261201235_377838(HEX+\u0026+DAM).ols/file

Long story short

Quote
SY_turbo parameter .. is this someting that i can modify

No

PSMXN parameter that limits the manifold pressure calculation

Youd be better to look at 100% hardcode limitation of IRL when sy_turbo = 0 (check FR). Asm patch should be done here

Horrible idea imo

This 1.4 was one of the worst vw engines, even if youre done all this mods and this bastard wont blow.. whats the reason? To get 120hp?
Just swap it with 1.8t and forget about this piece of sht

Thank you very much for the response !

Is there any one who could patch the file for me ? for a fee obviously

As far for the engine.. i know this is nonsense but it`s very personal as this car means a lot to me so i will do it anyway

I can do it free, if there is a few patches. But if need to patch every variable where is limit to 100% I dont have time for that
