Hello everyone ... i got a ECU there

I connect the ECU to the Flasher works fine, but if i try to read the ECU nefmoto say´s - THIS-IS-THE-RAM and wont let me read.

I i try to read it with Magic Motorsport it works on Boot Mode. Other flashtools like Kess V2 - V3 does the same thing.

When i cycle the power it return the 8N0906018AB Number if i try to flash i does not respond, then i try a "Read of Information" again
then i comes "THIS IS THE RAM" ... someone had this issue before?

The RAM message comes everytime after i try to flash the ecu on bench.

i provide the pictures and the files - even with ori file same fault.

after picture 6 i can just cycle the ecu to go back to get the informations back from the ecu.

flash is bad.

bootmode it to stock. Anything else is a waste of time.

Do you have a spare ECU you can flash it to?

Could be the ECU HW, could be not supported by NEF.

You can´t flash with nefmoto in bench, only OBD AFAIK

Kess/Ktag and Magic can only boot... MPPS can Bench flash those

untrue, you can flash with nef on the bench just not boot mode

the problem with bench flashing non-boot mode is immo, not nef.

Mpps does bootmode just fine too just so you are aware...

I can do it on KTag - Bootmode, Kess v3 boot/bench/obd and mms only boot.

there is no problem with bootmode but if i try it via obd2 with ori file with kess v3, Ktag bench, or Nefmoto via Bench its not working
but its a ori file there is nothing modifyd inside ... the ecu goes every try of flashing in RAM MODE .... Boot it works ...

I done immo off but car also dont start but the ecu matches to the other ecu that i buy.... something really strange is going on on this ecu what i
have buy

I wonder if it's another case of frying the ECU's one after another.
When you put ECU in bootmode, describe exactly the process.
1. Do you switch the positive or the negative on/off?
2. Do you use a resistor when grounding the flash pin?

Bootmode is handeld by device -> MMS , KTag, KessV3 so the device is pulling down

and switching is automatet by device but in nefmoto i do it via Powersupply positive evertime it works without problem

There is no rip of ECU only that one

Only the one control unit that I bought has the phenomenon that it always goes into RAM mode, regardless of whether it is with the original software and IMMO or with a modified file... The control unit that I am describing here goes into the program from RAM even in its original state after trying to start.
