I've done it before, but I have not added it as a tool to my webtools yet.
You are going to have to be a lot more specific though, there are differences between them. The TP2.0 stuff is completely different from early UDS and then late UDS is also different.

Maybe, maybe not. 15 credits is only for stuff that is widely available.
The more specific stuff that you can't get everywhere else is 30 credits on the site.
