Searching for an e30 m40b16 xdf for 0261 200 174 ecu

Im searching for an m40b16 xdf file for the ecu 0261 200 174 and i cant find it anywhere. I could barely find the bin file so any help is appreciated. Just trying to tune it and find the limit before i swap the engine
