ST10 ME7.1.1 Ripper
-------------------
Allows the three important ROMs to be extracted without the need to remove ECU from car. These can be used for studying with Ida, winols etc. They can also be used to clone a similar family ECU on the bench with other tools such as MPPS .

Main Features:

Easily extract Flash, mpc and eeprom in a few minutes from OBD port.

Flash takes 4-5 mins, mpc 3-4 mins and eeprom 1 min (after extracting flash first)

NO need to remove ECU from the car!!
-------------------------------------

Only works on ST10F ME7.1.1, haven't tried other ME7.X.X

Will NOT work on C167 based ECUs including ST10C167!

Personally tested on 2.5 Beetle 07K906032Q & Mk5 R32 022906032KG,CE

Requirements: KKL cable with COM port drivers - in your COM port settings, advanced, change latency to 2 instead of 16.
ECU must have KLine connection to OBD port.

Intallation: Portable, simply extract whole folder and run. Don't run from USB. Change COM port from 3 to yours.

If it works for you give me a +, if you get error messages take a screenshot, I might be able to help.
The code is quite flexible, but I don't have any code for ST10s other than 7.1.1 so it may not work for other variants.
Remember though, 7.1.1 on C167/ST10C167 won't work.

It might be able to backup tuned ECUs too, if they didn't play with KWP services.

Have fun.

Worked very well for me first time. I finally managed to get my ecu cloned by a friend. He is quite knowledgeable, 10 years, and told me I had to remove the ecu from the car. Thanks to this there was no need. I could never find something that could get all three sections easily.
Thank you for sharing sir.

Now I could be wrong here, but since OP's first post  says the following:

"Will NOT work on C167 based ECUs"

And then
"remember though, 7.1.1 on C167 won't work."

Probably not.
