Siemens MSE 3.7R/b ST10F2xx

Can someone look at the files and tell if they are ok for disassembly, or need some other way to take files from this ecu. I have 2 files, from 2 ecus, downloaded on bench. one should be st10f269 other st10273 or 276. When try to load in IDA, files look empty to me ... or something is done wrong in IDA ...

Both files seem to be correct.
what you would do to reverse them? Maybe the problem can be solved.
