Immobilizer Doubt for 1.8T AGU engine

Hello guys!
I’m a beginner in tuning ECUs and my first project is this A3 1.8T AGU with M3.8.3 ecu.
My question is, probably is dumb sorry, I’ve found here in this forum the bin file from my ECU (same part number) if I work in this file and rewrite my ECU with it, I’ll have any immobilizer issue? Or by the fact is the same PN it will be ok?
I’ve read some think about software and hardware version, it may be a problem too? Or just as above question, since PN are the same, everything will work fine.

It will be fine regarding sw and hw. Immobiliser data is in eeprom, not flash, so you're good too.
