Measurement Block 93 relation between Cam and Crank

Hi,
if you see -6 degree in measurement block 93 in vcds does it mean 6 degree on the scale of the adjustable cam gear?
Is it much or how much tooth of a timing belt does -6 mean?
or is it 3 on the cam wheel because its 720degree cam and 360degree engine
