I collaborate with a small team daily, and receiving feedback is always appreciated. Remote tuning certainly presents its challenges, but it's exceptionally rewarding when a customer is genuinely satisfied with our work.
Over the past few weeks, I've been fine-tuning this car remotely. It boasts some impressive specs, including 1700cc injectors, E85 fuel, a stock bore, piston rod combo, an Aeb head, 2.7t throttle body, stock intake valves, inconel exhaust valves, dual valve springs and retainers, CAT 282°/269° cams, a GTX3584 turbo, Cast China top mount turbo manifold, head studs, and a 06A block with stock main bolts and main caps.
Our initial runs yielded just over 600 horsepower, precisely 604. As we gradually increased the boost, we hit 644. Our quest for peak performance, coupled with a touch of timing optimization on the top end, pushed us to an incredible 679 horsepower at the tires! All of this was achieved using a stock ECU, without a MAF sensor, and with a REAL speed density patch, no bullshit alpha-n. We had an engine mount failure and called it, that was also the reason for such a choppy torque curve. Solid mounts are being installed and next weekend we are going to crack 700...
