I would say that is safe to assume, throttle stays open the whole time and then duty cycle is constant and request does not drop.

What did you expect from this K03? I think you will not get much more air mass. I checked some old logs and had similar results. You can install other downpipe or remove pre-cat and weld 200-cell instead of standard cat, but maybe wastegate has already some cracks and does not seal perfect anymore, spring is weak, etc. Also your lambda regulation is way off, either you fit some shit intake or injectors are already maxed out.
If you want more power install K04 from CDL, BHZ, etc. and injectors from such engine. These engines also had other fuel pressure and map sensor. You can also install B7 RS4 136 bar fuel pressure security valve instead of 130 bar BWA etc. All these parts are plug&play.

Thanks for response.
Its axx engine, has intake, downpipe, intercooler. And yea i can see mixture is off, but i was thinking its because of low boost.
Now it has 0.72bar @ 6200rpm. I guess it should hold 1 bar. And airmass only 180's. = 230hp.
Can i log with vcds to see if injectors maxed?

Looks like this is no calibrated maf housing. Check 32.1 and 32.2. Maybe your maf reading is way off. Do not delete error before you check it. Its long time adaption, drive at least 30km. Anyway these intakes are most likely bad, better use tts parts.

Injection time 11ms, lamda regulation maxed out but the problem is the boost... Say thx to the tiny k03 and fix your fueling first. Check fuel pressure Also it's the k03 limits

Check measured block 32. Install stock intake and check again. Its difficult to calibrate maf in a simple pipe, it will never be perfect. Maybe rebuild this pipe with tts maf. Anyway intake is useless for K03, it was not your problem, but now its your problem...

Dont want to swap intake.
You've been given solutions and answers on a silver platter and yet you're insisting that you don't want to swap the intake? GTFO then and do more FAFO until you put a rod through your block or melt a piston.

I have no logs because I have a boost gauge (makes things easier)
