Hi,
I've searched everywhere and tried to find the KRKTE values in winols but haven't had any luck.
Hopefully someone can help me out.

It's this one, I downloaded it from this site.
I've had a go at transferring the maps across from the 2.7 ME7.1.1 damos. It all looked similar except for the KFKHFM region. The 4.2 has the ascii engine description there instead.

your ols isn't matching at all,
better start from scratch with only important maps for your project

The factor for KRKTE is not the same all over ME7,
the V8 ME7.1.1 uses 0.000133 (V6 -> 0.000166)

keep searching for a similar V8 map pack,
this will get you much further.
It's a selfstudying thing.
But if you get stuck, with specific asking you'll get answers here.

I changed the KRKTE to 0.000133 but the value doesn't line up with the KRKTE calculators whereas it did at 0.00016666.

Flow rate for the stock injectors is 190.5cc according to this website https://www.injectorplanet.com/products/bosch-0280156105-volkswagen-079133551a

I checked the RS6 me7.1.1 damos and it had 0.00016666

The difference of KRKTE factors depends on ECU clock frequency
Ecu RS6 4.2Turbo ecu have 32MHz clock frequency. Your ECU for NA 4.2 clocked аt 40Mhz
