Hello, I recently bought a Sharan 1.8 t with the assumption that it will be a service car, I repair belts, chain, etc. I check and of course there is a problem with xdf. Could anyone advise me what well-defined program would be suitable for this ECU or a similar one that I could rely on for map searches. I will add that I want to remove egr, sai, cat, 2 lambda and add more torque and fuel.I already have some experience with ME 7.5, four cars run like gold, but I can't cope without XDF yet, I will add that I am an amateur in tuning, due to the coronavirus, the fun has only just begun, because I have a lot of time. Professionally I am a mechanic. I used goggle translator.

This is my plan, but I don't know which well-defined file is similar.
Possibly some file suitable for crossflash.

There is only one similar file - 06A906032QJ, but you won't find it clearly defined.
You have only one plan - to make xdf or ols yourself.
Or ask (order) someone to do it for you.

I'm still working on the definition of 32QK, but it's hard, I found some tuning maps, I'm missing a lamfa, but I think I'll find it. The hardest thing for me is to find places that can be replaced to turn off unnecessary things such as catalytic converter diagnostics, 2 lambda judges, sai and egr.

Hello, I think I'll give up on this car, but just out of curiosity, how much would a full xdf for this software cost?

Not worth to give up. I also tuned sharan 1,8t, which has QK ecu. Also can't find well definined xdf or other file. But solution is easy - just put HN, J, H(these 3 i tested personally with QK ecu, and are re-writable) or any other popular 1,8t software, make some adjustments for fueling (sharan have different injectors) and EGT and thats all. If you are going to tune ecu, i think it doesnt matter, which software as base you choose.

Hello, I didn't know you could juggle software like that, I think there are groups of compatible software, I didn't think 06A906032HN from AUQ was one of them, but if it fits, it should also fit 06A906032FC from AUM, if that's true? so I'm home. I understand that after uploading e.g. 06A906032FC, the egr will stop working automatically? The only question left is krkt and tuvb because the aum has 320 injectors at 3 bar and the sharan has 280? at 3 bars? I don't know about that. And then normal, calm tuning to get the desired or possible results?

Further, if it has injectors for longitudinal engines, i.e. 280, and the fuel pressure regulator for transverse engines is 3 bar, then at least the regulator for longitudinal engines should be replaced with 4 bar and see if the pump can handle it?

Not only that...
Next, be sure to edit the input cam timing valve control. Otherwise LTFT will not work.
