Wondering if anyone has had issues with DI at higher boost levels? If so what levels have you had problems if any?

You will usually see a rail pressure drop at higher power demands. You can log the MSV angle and compare it to the max value set by the manufacturer in the calibration.
Usually when pressure drops, you will have misfires. There are many upgraded HPFP units or hpfp piston solutions already in the market for most platforms.
You have to also consider injection windows on DI engines are not the same as PI.
