I have 650cc injectors and 100% ethanol, I am unable to adjust the KRKTE and TVUB, for ECU 06A906032HR 0261207443? What would be the correct values?
Is there a table? I tried to leave KRKTE 0.0525 and TVUB Stock but the car turns off, lean mixture at idle

injector 0280156453
Flow rate: 65 lbs/hr or 682cc/min @ 43.51psi (3 bar).

no one will give you values. read the wiki, there are tools and a calculation for krkte, look up your dead times on the internet and it also depends on your fuel pressure.

my KRKTE is 0.10311 and I used the formula.
Bosch 65lbs/h = 682cc/min

16bit (LoHi)
Factor (0.000111111111)

34.125 / 682cc = 0.05003

but I didn't quite understand the TVUB part, how it is and how it represents the values ​​and just by changing the KRKTE the car starts to idle badly, it turns on the lean mixture and turns it off, it doesn't keep idle.

Before you stick something into the engine without a clue, read the technical specifications of the injector.
Poorly suitable for this engine, at least in its original form without significant modification. The cone shape is not suitable for 5-valve per cyl. engines. Large dead time. Not suitable for use with methanol, alcohol or ethanol.

KRKTE is the constant that convert your fuel mass into effective injection time

Keep in mind, the injector is rated for 682cc at 3bar. If you are using a different fuel pressure, it will increase the flow rate of your injectors, you can use the following to make the conversion: https://deatschwerks.com/pages/fuel-injector-calculator

TVUB is the injector dead time based on voltage, it is the required time for the solenoid to open and start flowing fuel (This is also affected by the fuel pressure you are running and the injector characteristic)


Find the injector dead time for your injectors, calculate KRKTE. If you have proper TVUB, adjust KRKTE to be closer to lambda (engine needs to be at operating temperature)

Once you sorted out the idle, adjust FKKVS to fix areas where the injector is not linear to have better fuel control

With pure ethanol, you might want to play with the torque reserve for idle (KFMRES...), this will give you more control on ignition advance at idle and yield in a smoother idle with high ethanol content. I also suggest disabling long term fuel trim while you are scaling your injectors (see NOLRA)

yesterday I applied the TVUB and KRKTE changes for 683cc injectors, slow with perfect melody lambda between 0.9 and 1, also change FKKVS lambda stay is between 0.91 and 0.82 and change NOLRA from 4 to 7, melody was very perfect, vehicle is with 1.4bar of pressure in the turbine .50

 next week change KFMRES
