I'm trying to change the rpm limiter from 6800 to 7600

which addresses for NMAXDV and NMAXF and factor in winols ?

yes, it doesn't break.
Here you have a 20V with 7800rpm with a stock engine, I have a 16v with 7600rpm, big alcohol turbine with fueltech reprogrammable injection.

Youll need a new head after 7400 for sure
