Good day all,

After more than a year of trying to understand this I have finally got to a point where the car is going very well.
I still have one problem though, on the top end I can feel that it is pulling back and there is a lack of torque.  I have logged the car and find that rlsol is hitting rlmxs limit.
Can someone please point me in the right direction to resolve this.
Car is an Opel astra mk5 OPC, 2.0 with GT28 turbo and forged internals.

Don't post csv files that you edited and saved with Excel, no software can load them after that, so probably nobody will help you.
The whole file is messed up with random spaces everywhere.

Also when logging make a single pull in 3rd gear from low rpm to redline.

Finally, since you're using my tool, patch the file, so the sample rate isn't terrible.

After some time, I finally got the logs right and the ECU patched. Log file attached.
The car feels like it is holding back when going into boost. Torque just isn't there. I have not scaled the MAF and dont know how to do this.

From an initial analysis of the logs, it is clear that there is intervention on the timing side (DZWS). I have also attached a screen shot of the KFDMARO map. Note that this is ME 7.6.2
I am thinking of maxing out that map on the highest row and then interpolating the rest.

Any advise will be appreciated.

You need wideband and see what your mixture is doing, it's not tuned correctly. Not on request and not on result for sure.
Also from the log (MAF voltage) it seems like you have massive turbo surge on spool. So probably turbo has wrong hotside for application.

The ECU is not doing anything here (in relation to pre-boost behaviour), it's purely your hardware.
So you need to leave the ECU alone and fix that first.

P.S. Screenshot is from torque monitoring map, which does not need changing, not KFDMDARO, and regardless you don't have any ARMD intervention.

The turbo is a gt28 with 64 AR. There's an external wastegate with spring pressure set at 0.5bar i.e the same as oem.

When you say hot side, I'm not entirely getting the exact area to look into.

Well just have a look at your MAF signal - there is massive pulsation in intake on spoolup.
You need to figure out what is causing that, usually it's turbo surge so hotside a/r might be too small for engine.

I don't remember if these have VVT, if they do try to remove the overlap and see if it stops surging then (spool will be later of course). If it doesn't have VVT and you have non-stock cams, make sure they're not timed so that you have a lot of overlap all the time.
If it does not change anything probably problem is elsewhere, e.g. bypass valve rapidly opening and closing or some other shenanigans.

You need to find the hardware issue. While your tune is really bad fueling wise (but it's bad in the safe direction, it's not unsafe), it's really not the reason for your problems here at all. So spending time looking at the tune will not accomplish anything.
The tune can stay exactly as it is while you fish for the hardware problem.
