Hello Friends,
Im finally about to step into the boosted petrol world.

Planning to put a Rotrex C38 boosting around 0,6 bar~8,5 psi on my DI VR6 Passat running with the stock Bosch MED9 without MAP.

It also got a set of Supersprint headers and a Manifold without flaps out of the later Modells.

Need to build a base tune for this to start with.
I stumpled across some people having knowledge about sc on the Audi V8s.

Maybe we should make a List.

The maps I guess I need to touch PLEASE CORRECT ME :

-LOAD-

KFMIOP
KFMIRL
KFPED request 120 to 130%  load

KLRLNMXN flat out should be just a Limiter for Throttlebody?

-AFR-

LAMFA AND
KFLBTS - thought about a save 0.8(11,8 AFR) in high areas (Rotrex is known to spool >3000RPM) to start with.

-Ignitiontiming-

KFDZWKG zeroed out due to its blocking LAMFA enrichment.

KFZW pull ~5 degrees in higher areas to prevent knock

Any other Limiters to flat out or rise?

What about VVT?

What about MAF Calibration? Its the stock one 85mm (3,3 inches)

For now I just want it to run nice and steady aiming at ab 350 hp.

It would be a pleasure to have a discussion with some who knows.
Kind Regs!

That all sounds reasonable, I would like to know how much fuel is actually available from pump / injectors and do the pump maps need work. Also is it worth changing the pump piston in this application?
