I consider this a noob question even though I was not able to find much info.

Is the original fuel pump fine with a 4bar FPR? Some say no problem, others say it will fail soon. Is the OEM pump different between 1.8t engines or do all share the same type? Do the cars with an original 4bar FPR have a different pump?

Thanks

You are making it harder for the fuel pump to move fuel Making more fuel available down low and harder for fuel to pump at full throttle is stupid

Well I dont need that much fuel flow, this is for AGU injectors which are really small to make use of the k03s turbo (just around 210HP is fine). Dont want to go a bigger injector route due to price and mapping problems, also the injector choice for a large port 150HP manifold seems to be a bit limited...?

Been running GIAC 5-bar KO4 software on AEB stock fuel pump for like 15 years. Car is approaching 100k miles. No problems, but then I don't run hard very often. I did install an adjustable pressure regulator and gauge. I'm also running this with the stock KO3, the new BW KO4 is still sitting on my bench, lol.
