And I think you are wrong. Any ME7 factory car is going to have a DBW throttle.
If it has a DBC throttle then it will me M5.x or M3.x.

They do exist but they're called MP7.x. Used on PSA like shitroen and peugeot. Entirely ME7 inside except for lack of an electronic throttle control of course.

Yes, but they are not ME7.
The name "ME" means that an electronic throttle is used... thus all my comments.

My last comment was about VAG - I don't believe any VAG cars use MP7 either...
I have no experience with PSA, so I can't comment on that.

PM's will not be answered, so don't even try.

If memory serves, there are some small engines like 1.0 polo or so, that use MP7... but it's too far behind for me to remember exactly Smiley

Went for a 018 H 0261 206 795 Audi TT BAM ecu in the end.  No particular reason about from boasting rights about being BAM ahhaa.

Going to be using it on a GTX3071r 1825cc lump fuly forged, supertech valves etc.... AGU head with none of the VVT, SAI, and other crap on it.....so going to have to get them VVT/SAI coded out.....and hope that no VVT isnt going to play havoc?  Anyone had any experience of this and is it easy to do?

Also think ill be running stock BAM injectors and just flat line my boost table at 5psi or something while the car is run in before I can take it to my mapper.  Any potential issues here?

You can run the 018CB file on the 018h ECU, there is a fully defined winols file on here along with an .xdf I did if you wan to use tunerpro. You can then disable everything and anything.

No vvt is fine, just ensure the kfzw maps are the same for 1/2 and also set cdnws to 0 and set the cam switch table to 18 and you won't get the MAF step at what would have been cam change .

Bit of a change of plan for me.  Going to be running a k03s on the 018H ECU.

Struggling to find a map pack for it, however understand the 018CB pack works, however offsets are slightly different.  is that something to worry about?

Ill be disabling sai, N249, VVT, second lambda and a couple other things to begin with, I just want a map pack I know I can use without issue in doing the adjustments.

Ill be using tunerpro mainly so I can get the checksums working properly.

Bit of a newbie to all this so please understand Cheesy

Just flash the CB onto the H Ecu. It'll run fine then you can use the definition files available to map.

Like littco said, use the well defined CB flash. If you need help disabling components not natively installed on your car, I can point you towards the correct ESKONF changes Smiley

Cheers guys Smiley

Be needing a few things off, basically running a BAM engine on a AGU hardware setup.  Bit confusing.

I have no need for:

SAI
EVAP
N249
2nd lambda
VVT for now until I get a VVT tensioner

I believe most of them are in the S4 wiki.

I have also got 82mm pistons instead of 81mm, which increased cylinder capacity by 45cc to 1825cc in total....Is there anything I have to change as I guess the engine will make more load due to higher capacity.

Just want to 'learn the ropes' of tuning engines.  Ive done the hardware side so thought id have a look at software Cheesy
