I have a rather annoying issue with a Mini Cooper S, 2004. It is running an ems2K, sw: 740904003EST4 (07540921). (ori is attached)

It has been fitted with a set of Bosch 550ml injectors (0280158117). I have corrected the scalar to suit the 550's, i have altered the deadtime compensation and the consumption constant. Car runs nicely, i have lambda where I want it to be at WOT. Ignition is good, only smaller knock corrections on initial throttle reaction.

Specs are:
CatCams cam
17% reduced pulley
JCW exhaust
JCW Airbox (orginal converted, so no vacuum control)
Fully rebuilt engine

However I have two issues..

1) It has pretty bad "rev-hang" when letting go of the throttle, up to 1.5 seconds where the revs either stay, or slightly raise. I cannot get a log where I can see this behaviour and it seems my logger is too slow (x4 datalogger). It seems to worsen as the engine gets hot, where it almost does not "rev-hang" when cold.

This is by far the most annoying issue. I have not see this soo bad on other tunes I have made. I have tried to alter the PU-PUC maps, but it does not do any differences. I also tried to alter the closed loop ignition to bring in less ignition, but that doesn't seem to alter anything. I tried to lean out the fuelling for coasting in ip_ti_cor__n__maf (left-most column, 130mg air/r) no difference. I do not get any errors on the throttle reacting too slow, which I would expect with a poor performaing throttle.

Any tips?  I do not have this behaviour on later sw: 740904003EST3 (07547937)

The other issue, which if not really an issue. It will not burble when in lv_pu. I altered the LV-PU->LC_PUC maps to bring in a longer duration, I have lowered the ignition in ip_iga_ref__n_32__maf_hb for low airmass - to bring in more negative ignition - but nothing..

I beliveve the two issues will be solved by solving the first issue. But I'm starting to scratch my head on the solution..

Nearly 400 views, and not one comment Smiley

I have managed to bring out the burble - but still strugling on the first one. It does get better once adaptions starts to kick in, but not perfect yet

I'm not the only one that have been hitting a wall on this one.
