I'm also assuming you already checked for boost/dv leaks.

You have some lambda correction activity which is sus.

I've spotted a few leaks in the PCV system which I am sorting out by removing the old system and fitting a catch can. Once the catch can kit arrives and it's fitted I'll be doing a boost leak test to make sure nothing else is leaking and this will hopefully fix my issue where my boost is much lower than the desired.

I done a log today while only using partial throttle to see if it could help me find out why it feels like it pulls harder. When only using partial throttle, by 4000 rpm it's already almost at 18psi of boost compared to the full throttle pull that had only built up under 14psi by 4000rpm. Any idea what would cause it to build more boost while only giving it partial throttle?

Again, I can't see anything obviously wrong, but I will say i have seen similiar behavior and it turned out the turbo inlet was collapsing.
