OBD2 stuck on AUDI S4 265 euro

Hi!, i have an Audi S4 265 euro with 29f400. We tune it a year ago and since then the comunication line is stuck, just for engine control module, the rest of the units are ok. Does any body know how to solve the problem?

Did you try to get it into bootmode?

No, i didn´t. If i get it into bootmode will it be operative again? Thanks in advance.
