Hy to all from Macedonia.
Ok here is the the problem when ignition is on epc wont light up so car wont start it cranks but the relay for fuel pump wont ignite no ground signal from ecu to relay.
12v supply to pins 3 , 62 and 21 is ok
ground to pins 1 and 2 is ok

Almost every part in ecu resolderet the weird thing is when you touch with wet finger in the place  driver bosch 30343 epc will light up and car starts normally
