	nefmoto program launcher « on: September 04, 2025, 07:10:07 PM »

i have been an avid nefmoto user for about a month now and for some reason when i logged on the other day the program will not launch, no matter what compatibility setting i try, running it as admin, multiple fresh installs, and still nothing, i have had this problem before when i was running windows 11, but reverting back to windows 10 fixed it for a whole 24 hours before causing the same issues. worth noting i have not installed a single windows update in this time period.

update: somehow, someway, it runs from a flash drive i had it installed on. i will post further updates if any arise as this may be a new bug on newer operating systems or anybody else suffers the same issues.

i have been trying to install the tuning software for a while now. no luck. i have never used nef moto before, but i imagine after going through the install process. a app should show up?

The installer is barebones, it does not make a program group, or anything, and if you have nefmoto already installed it will prompt to remove it. By default it will install to C:\Program Files (x86)\NefMotoECUFlasher

when i go to the 1.9.4.3 download link, it downloads the nef moto windows installer. once i am in the windows installer, i go through the process of the installation. except when the installation is done nothing appears, i am still stuck with the windows installer. no app.
