Hello Good people of this very helpful Forum.
I’m starting a DIY project to tune my own car, an A4 B7 2.0TFSI Quattro Tiptronic BWT engine, with forged internal, big turbo, upgraded HPFP, LPFP, S4 fuel pressure, and S3 Injectors.
I have been at it for about a month and have settled on the current tune and the drivability is acceptable. I haven’t done any logs yet, as I’m still trying to fine tune before I go blasting, and I only have access to VCDs which I understand is limited.
So I’m just seeking your opinion on the current maps.. The current issue is that I feel a little jerk when car is shifting, and its weak when going uphill part throttle.

It's clear that you don't understand the issue. Setting kfldimx to max everywhere is really a bad idea. You have to proceed gradually and understand what each map does. Everything is on nefmoto. I also spent a long time searching for information here when I was tuning mine. Study it first.

This is also good:

It's only for 1.8t, but some things are the same for 2.0 tfsi.

Below is a good example of the inverse for the two tables.

You really need to post logs. I don't think that people will be able to give you precise guidance without seeing the results of what you're putting into your tables. Keep them short--don't log yourself driving around for 20 minutes. Third gear from 3,000 to redline if you can swing it.

Take lots of notes about what you change and why you changed it. You'll forget later. This is a lot to keep in your brain.

I have done so much changes since. But my main problem is finding a reliable logging software. VCDs is not that reliable
