Hi All.

I have been at this for nearly 2 years now and while I have learnt alot, its also been frustrating. I have done numerous versions of my file to try to get the tune where I fell it is producing good power.
My main issue is the lack of punch after the car hits 4500rpm. The turbo is a GT28 ball bearing generic.
Heres some information on the tune:
> engine is forged 2.0l turbo, 4cyl
> My target rl is 200 at 1.2bar boost
> 875cc injectors
> I have targeted getting the pvdks and ps variables close because they were running nearly a 20% difference on the bottom end before
> Timing has been advanced in the top end by around 5-6 degrees after 4500rpm

As you can see from the logs:
> rl hits around 198 at 4000rpm then tapers off to ~170
> The rpm has been limited to 6200
> The airflow map kfkhfm has been adjusted by 16% at the top end with a corresponding change to kfurl to keep intake and manifold pressure similar
> ****Boost is capping out at 0.9***. In my map, I have found a map called KFTAT which seems to be a duty cycle limit which was set at 0s after 0.9b which was where the standard target pressure was set

Any help or advise would be appreciated - Its driving me nuts and I just got to get this thing right :-). Log attached - TIA

Hi, the plsol seems ugly, probably results of your modifiactions of kufrl ect?  The boost has just trend to follow the target, you not logging ldr PID variables so problem why is not visible.

Mshfm and msdk is also way of each other.

Be careful with timing in kfzw map, there is another timing correction map according desired lambda. Stock settings is made, to advance ignition a lot when BTS enrichment kick in. Maybe you are not using erichment, so then ok.

Never touched the KFTAT , dont want to search what exactly it is, but i guess its not for what you think.

Thanks. I have changed the wastegate spring and sorted an issue out with the wastegate and the car feels much better. The issue that I am having is the ps_w and the pvdk values. I know that the pvdk has to be higher than ps_w but it just isnt the case in all my logs. This is the reason why I was increasing the furl numbers to try to reduce the ps_w values. Anyone else seen this issue?
BTW, car is now throwing a 110611 code - "boost out of range"
