Wondering what the trick is to getting a successful write it’s an me7.1.1 2004 a6 2.7t s line. I use the command ME7EEPROM —bootmode 95P08 -wp1 eep.bin everything goes smooth until the end verify write=fail. I’ll post the error code it gives when I get home. These ecus are a pain in the arss if anyone has any advice on a successful write on 95P08 it would be greatly appreciated

Was finally able to write to the eep using CSpin P4.7. I also desoldered the jumper on the back of the ecu I think that’s what did the trick. The car started up finally. This originally became a problem when I read the ecu with nefmoto it finished reading but then the car wouldn’t start I flashed a ori file still no start so I read the eeprom 95P08 and found it had a checksum error. So after removing the jumper on the back of the ecu and running ME7EEPROM - - bootmode 95P08 -w -p1 - - CSpin P4.7 95P08.bin I finally got a good write and car started. I also flashed a ori flash file in bootmode galletto 1260 make sure that was completed. Putting my experience out here cause the me7.1.1 is a bit trickier than the me7.5 and me7.1 that have the 95040 eeprom. I don’t work on many a6 or all road that use me7.1.1 so had to learn a couple things real quick. Couldn’t have done it without the forum and info from past posts from some gansters. Thanx to everyone in the forum as always.
