i was trying to download a vw 2.0 turbo tune off a chip on my buddies truck, likea 700 chip, but i cannot find the memory layout for it... 037 906 259

USA ABA? This will not read over OBD, its an old real chip tuning job....

You mention turbo, is it a C2 tune?

It is indeed an aba, however it is also obd 2 from what I understand. My vagcom does work and read and clear codes. Im trying to remove the secondary air pump for him, its throwing alot of codes from him cutting it from the harness

I vagged the SAI out with vagcom, (he let me use his lift for my car Cheesy

) but i still havent found a memory layout for this ecu to do anything with it. Its chipped already, but once i redo his distributor for him, if something needs to be changed.. id like to have the resources available. Anyone ever seen one?? For a fact this ECU is a OBD2 out of a 98 2.0 vw aba.

It doesn't read or write by OBD, its an old fashioned chip tuning job.
