Hi all, I need help i cant log in to read my ECU,
What do I do wrong?

I am using a genuine Ross-Tech cable.
I drive a 2Audiaudi A4 B7 18T
ECU - 8E0909018B
Does any one have a nice file i can upload? I would appreciate it allot.
Car is STD except for a decat and i am going to install aprogresive Water/meth kit

I still haven`t needed to pull the fuse, so I think you should be OK.

Also, from what I understand, the ross-tech cable should be in dumb mode..
The easiest way to get nefmoto to work with your ECU is to buy a cheap ftdi (obd2) cable off ebay..

try the 29f800 instead of the 29f800bb. Dont think it should have anything to say, ut its worth trying.

Are you still using the ross-tech, or did you buy a ebay obd2?

29f800 also the same error, I am still using the Ross-Tech orderd a MPPS cable.

Ah.. you can probably read mem, but you cant validate it..
Like prof said.. what happens if you press ok?

Just pull the ECU, open it up, and look at the chip already.

Reading with the wrong memory layout shouldn't cause any problems. Just produce a garbage file.

Its 800BB but I bet you 5 bucks Nefmoto won't be able to read it out.
